Contented

The signature alpine glow of the Sierra Nevada as seen from Sentinel Dome, a flush of pink-magenta light that envelops the high altitude a little while after the sun sets. It renders the land in a glow of contentment as night approaches signing a peaceful night ahead. And that is what contentment brings to the heart - peace. The peace and tranquility that comes with the sense that we have everything that we need, that we are taken care of, that we are safe. For in reality, we have all of that, so why should we not train ourselves to be content and then experience the glow of peace from within.
