{"id":1284,"date":"2011-09-06T12:51:46","date_gmt":"2011-09-06T19:51:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.organiclightphoto.com\/blog\/?p=1284"},"modified":"2011-09-06T12:51:46","modified_gmt":"2011-09-06T19:51:46","slug":"the-gold-in-golden-gate","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.organiclightphoto.com\/blog\/index.php\/2011\/09\/the-gold-in-golden-gate\/","title":{"rendered":"The Gold in Golden Gate"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"width: 510px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.organiclightphoto.com\/detail\/GoldenGateKirbyPanoramaWPDtl.jpg\" rel=\"thumbnail\"><img loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Golden Gate Panorama\" src=\"https:\/\/www.organiclightphoto.com\/images\/GoldenGateKirbyPanoramaWP.jpg\" alt=\"The Golden Gate at Dusk\" width=\"500\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The Golden Gate<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Yesterday afternoon I had the crazy idea of making a panoramic photograph of the Golden Gate Bridge as dusk was taking over. \u00a0It is rare to find the bridge clear of fog, and last evening was just one of those nights. \u00a0I pitched the idea to my four assistants and at first they were lukewarm to the idea, as it required a\u00a0little\u00a0bit of a hike. \u00a0However after a little cajoling and the promise of being able to romp on a beach they have never been to before sealed the deal.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes I wonder why I bother to bring along the distractions that follow them in making sure they stay safe, but nothing is as precious as their company.<\/p>\n<p>I don&#8217;t have much more to say right now, other than enjoy this photo. \u00a0Here in California, even the man made stuff looks pretty darn nice.<\/p>\n<p>Peace.<\/p>\n<p>P.S.
