	A Peace of Spring After an unusually harsh and prolonged winter, the inner coastal ranges of California finally come to life. On a calm spring afternoon among the lush green grass, rolling hills studded with majestic oaks and tall evergreens, a peace washes over the soul. An afternoon where the temperature was so mild and the breeze so delicate as it gently caresses one’s skin that it becomes difficult to discern where the body ends and the sky begins. And just as the Renewer of Life can bring life back to a dead Earth, immersing oneself in the peace of spring can renew life to a spiritually broken and dead heart. How fortunate that spring returns every year giving us the opportunity for renewal time and time again.
