Mycena Family

It is not uncommon to find mushrooms growing in clusters. But every once in a while we happen to find them growing in such a manner as to invoke feelings of warmth, love and compassion. Even though this group of Mycena mushrooms is consuming the dead remains of an animal or other plant, they happened to exhibit the congeniality of a loving family huddled together for protection from a harsh world. After all, we do live in a harsh world filled with trials and tribulation and we can find no better solace in this world than can be found amongst family. The family is the cornerstone of a strong and vibrant society and without it society is doomed to fail.
